No-Name Mobo with recent AMI Bios;
Mobo has SiS chipset with everything onboard
256mb Cheap RAM
ATX Case with underrated power supply
I installed my old parts which include:
4gb Seagate HDD
50x CDROM...
I live in Australia and I've found a deal where I can buy XP Pro Academic for $185AUD but Home would cost me $5 more (not academic) I run a single home PC. Would I benifit more from Home or Pro?

I've just upgraded to an Athlon XP 1800+ and I've read in the manual that it reguires a minimum of 22A of +5V. Further investigation of my power pack reveals an output of only 17A. What will be the effect of this and should I upgrade to a new pack?
