    Internet Explorer text lag

    Hope someone can solve this annoying problem.Running a Windows 98 second edition, when I type in Internet Explorer text box there is a delay between typing in the info and the text showing up in the box.

    IE6 SLOWDOWN

    I am running Windows 98SE, access the net via cable modem. In the beginning the connection is fast but over time of a couple of hours it slows down to a crawl. If i re-boot the connection is fast again for a while. I would appreciate any help on this irritating problem. Thank You in advance.
