With 2000 users on a system, with roming profiles, there are a lot of Normal.Dot's to update to default to A4. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this, registry setting etc? I can't copy and paste the Normal.Dot because everyone has custom autocorrect lists.

We have another case of the magical user. We have one that has 'lost' all of her toolbars. When word runs you get the rulers and status bar and that is it. I have tried deleteing all instances of Normal.DOT but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in anticipation
