Please help, I am runnning Metaframe 1.8 SP3 on a Windows 2000 Sp2 Server. Pnsvc.exe keeps crashing on it with an application error. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a fix?

I am experiencing a problem with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Server Service Pack 3 running on a Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 2.
The problem is that we have had the Program Neighbourhood application crash a few times with the error message memory could not be written.

With 2000 users on a system, with roming profiles, there are a lot of Normal.Dot's to update to default to A4. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this, registry setting etc? I can't copy and paste the Normal.Dot because everyone has custom autocorrect lists.
Is it possible to 'export' the user details from usrmgr to 'import' into a database for reporting. I would like to find an easier way to see who uses what login scripts etc. There is no chance I will be going through all the users to find out.

We have another case of the magical user. We have one that has 'lost' all of her toolbars. When word runs you get the rulers and status bar and that is it. I have tried deleteing all instances of Normal.DOT but to no avail.

Does anyone know where to get the driver for the above as there isnt one on HP that I can find. I got hold of one but it only works if you are an ADMIN and it isnt a permissions thing on the printer. These printers are autocreated at logon.
Does anyone know the maximum size the registry can be in a Windows NT4 Terminal Server? Obviously as more users log onto the box, the registry grows and we are getting tight.
