    Removing dual boot option at startup

    I have just suffered a major system failure whilst running XP. Having had to reload I decided to go back to using Win2k. Prepared the drive as normal, formatting. NTFS partition etc. Now when starting I get the option of booting Win2k or Win XP! How do I remove the XP option?

    Disjointed stuttering system sounds

    This is driving me mad. Using Win2k on a Dell GX110 Optiplex creative audio es1371/es1373 onboard sound, pc has 128 mb ram. My sound has become very strange, it is stuttering and and very very distorted.

    Hi, First of all, a Happy New Year to everyone! Now for my problem, I have lost the ability to apply system sounds to events such as windows start, empty recycle bin etc. The wav files are there, I can preview and apply them but they don't work. Any ideas please?
