Hi -
I need to push out a static route to some clients and I'd rather do this through our Windows 2000 DHCP server if possible. I've found scope option 33 - Static Routes, but have no idea how to configure it. Does anyone have any experience of this?
Thanks

I need to be able to force Outlook 2003 to encrypt all emails sent to a specific address. I don't want to encrpyt all email, but we have this one external address that we cannot send mail to unless it's encrypted. Any ideas? The back end is Exchange 2000 and this will affect many users so a...
Does anyone know how to set CDR output so that we can record the extension a call terminates on rather than the extension that was originally called?
eg: DDI call to ext 1234 goes to coverage, and call is answered by ext 5678. The CDR data (data item calling-num) gives the call to 1234. We...

We are using Apache 2.0.43 on Redhat 7.2 as a proxy server. When users connect to another server (IIS 5 and bespoke asp based application) their browsers (IE 5.5 & 6)will load a page but fail to automatically refresh it, which is a requirementas needed.
We are trialing another proxy...
I apologise for the simplicity of this question but we're new to Linux.
We need to set up a printer (HPLJ5000N) which is on our network with a static IP address. We just want to print text - nothing fancy. We don't have a GUI on our Linux box (Redhat 6.2) so I don't think I can use...
We are having problems transferring calls to external numbers; I can dial the attendant from my extension and she can transfer me to an external number no problem - But, if I dial in from an external number and try and get her to transfer me to another external number, it won't work (she can...
Sorry I know this is a Definity board but I have recently been given responsibility for our Aspect switches as well. While I find this board really useful tek-tip's Aspect board doesn't appear to be visited by anybody.
Does anyone know a good resource for these systems?
I know I've done this before but for the life of me I can't remember how; I have a range of extensions (2xxx) at a remote site connected to our Definity through a tie trunk. When the trunk is down (fairly often) the switch routes these calls through the PSTN. I need change where these calls...
Does anybody know of a way to stop the bridged call appearance staying on a station after a call has gone to coverage? We've recently changed the way we use cover paths and users keep jumping in on calls that have covered to someone else, creating unwanted conference calls.
Any help greatly...
