removing password on a PST file....
Ok, I have a feeling I will have bad news for this user, but apparently during an upgrade from Outlook 98 to OL2000 SR1, the user's PST file got corrupted. A password was set on it and we can't get passed it. Found a hack but it was a demo and only reveiled the first 2 characters of the...- dewser

Good documentation on using Sysdiff with Windows 2000
Does anybody out there have any useful information or documentation on using Sysdiff??? I can get as far as making the snapshot, but when I got to run the /diff file it gets to a certain point then it errors out with error 32. cannot access the file... being used by another process...- dewser
