When certain users access my OWA web site they can open there email but cannot reply to it. When they click on the reply button, nothing happens. They can however create a new email and send however. Anyone know why this could be occurring. Darragh

I have setup the above on a single server installation. When I start Outlook I receive the login dialog box. However, upon entering the user name and password the dialog box returns. This constantly occurs until I hit cancel. Of course upon this action Outlook does not log on Any ideas ?

I am having constant backup issues using NTBackup. Symptoms are mount failures at the beginning of the backup or during the backup. Also failure to backup where by after 33 mins the backup finishes and the backup log file is empty. Has anybody come across this problem before. Darragh

Unless I clean my tape drive each evening RSM fails to recognise the media in the drive. I cannot believe that the drive is dirty after each use. Anybody come across this before ? Darragh
