is it possible to have multiple acd ques pointed at the same extentions,and give one acd queue priorety over the other.
my thinking is this, we have a busy taxi office and at peak times it is imposible to answer all calls but we can not distinguish between account customers ,regular customers...
abandoned calls are not showing up on our software at all when they are in the acd but are when a ddi number is called they show up with ring time and extention called.we have just found out we have been upgraded from version 18 to 24 can anyone tell me what the difference is and how to cure this.
