    "Permission Denied" when use .CopyFile in win2000

    Hi, I get runtime error '70' - "Permission Denied" when I try to copy a file using .CopyFile in win2000 environment. I'm logged in as Admin with all permissions and rights. If anybody knows how to fix this, please help. Thanks, -Peter
