Netscape Navigator 6 (just downloaded) doesn´t show
the second image, it´s the first image (a JPEG) on the second page.
The area is empty, no visible frame, no placeholder icon.
When I go back to this page from another page, then the image is shown
as expected (the JPEG is not corrupted).

I burn CDs by WinOn-CD. All files are write-protected.
This is reasonable, but copyied to a folder they are still
write-protected. How can I remove the protection auto-

A long page has 10 portraits in a vertical row.
Each one is scaled by width=192 and height=192 to the
original size (then the browser knows the actual
size before having loaded the image).
The browser showsimmediately the empty frames and then
several images partly, starting with the first on...
In a frame is a link. The linked URL content should
be shown in the full browser window, not in the frame
window.

Let´s assume a left frame with a list of items
and a right frame with the actual content.
Then click item 1 . The content is shown in the
right frame, but the left should be loaded with a
new item list, where item 1 is LOCKED (not clickable).
This should be programmed by basic HTML, no Java...
