New install IPO 406V2 3.0.69. The IPO is seeing the single PRI card in Slot A as a BRI card? Any Ideas???

Implemented IP Trunks via CSI and G3I, site is fiber between but getting a BW Prowler error. Also choppy talk path but we are not showing jitter or packet loss on the trace? Should each site have its own Network region? If so why?
Definity CM1.2 and CM1.3 Setting up an IP trunk and getting this when dialing across it then a fast busy? Any ideas? H.323 sig group is up and fine. Trunk group is up and fine? Just cannot use the IP trunk.

Magix 4.0 with Intuity. 3 Cabinets with MLX phones. 8 Copper lines and 1 PRI. The issue is for no reason sporadically throughout the day you go to pick up and dial out and get a busy.....Doesn't matter if long distance or if local etc. The CAS is showing that the PRI is not being overused...
Situation....IPO 406V2 3.0.59 with 3 copper backup lines and 1 PRI. Customer doesn't want to dial 9 to go to outside line. Can this be done? They want to pickup phone on call appr a and dial 10 digit number??

The situation is a definity CM1.2 to a IPO 403 2.1.35 via a fiber optic cable with fiber/ethernet muxs at each end. Then into HP 24 port switches. So it is only 2 HP switches and the fiber and our equipment. All calls from the IPO are going out the fiber line...
I have seen this happen to our intuity 4.4 (3) times over the last 3 weeks. The doc's say contact avaya, anybody have this before? Last time we had to reboot the intuity 3 times to clear?

I have a softconsole which is in telecommuter mode, with a 4610. Calls come into the console and show up on the pc, then point and click to answer, then pick up the hardphone. Is there a way with auto answer turned on the console to have them double click the button on the softphone turning on...

Is there a way to have voicemail messages sent to email via an Intuity LX? Somehow like the IPO and VMPro works? Or is there anyway to get a notification of voicemail in a user's email?
