So...we started with POTS lines, then moved to T-1 for quality...and now just switched to OptimumVoice (Cable) service (10 lines), which presents 'POTS' lines to the Altigen system. Voice Quality is great...and saving a bundle! But...I'm having trouble getting 'Transmitted CID' info to pass...

FYI: Upgrading our system to 5.1 has caused issues with overhead paging. After a day or so...the system fails (just page function fails). Only current solution is reboot...unless someones heard otherwise?
