    copying personal folders to a new computer OUTlook express

    i am trying to move some e-mail folders to a new computer. outlook express 2000 running on WIN 98 asks for a password to allow the Message *.pst's can be copied to disk. is there a workaround??? i was able to back up the e-mail addresses to a floppy with no problems. gary chisum
