    Exchange & ISP mailboxes

    Hi is there anyway to get Exchange 2007 to connect to hosted email boxes (ISP), authenticate, then download them and put them into the correct users exchange mailboxes? Thanks in advance. Ian

    Agent auto answer

    HI All, Im trying to get auto answer to work on a 4.0.1 system. ON the station form I have set auto answer to ACD and on the agent login for I have set it ACD. The phone rings and then just keeps flashing on the A key. Any ideas? What am i missing here. Thx in advance.
