POS stuck at "Initializing Database Connection"
We have a Micros till that decided it won't get past the "Initializing Database Connection" screen. So google told me about someone having luck with renaming the MDShosts file, and getting that to reload. No luck for me. Tried wiping out the entire Micros folder, no luck Tried another Micros...- mtwash

windows 2k pro releases static ip
In recent days i've had my DC and several 2k pro clients lose their static ip's. I've check the continuity to the network and the event viewer on each machine, but no luck.- mtwash

Win98 login to win2k AD problem
I'm in the test phase of implementing a new win2k srv with AD. My win98 clients will not run a login script.
