Mail merge wizard Excel/Word (XP) doesn't work
I tried for first time to do mail merge with Excel database and a Word document - comes back with msg cannot open data source or similar wording - if I try a merge with Outlook a similar problem occurs - states database engine problem. Whay's going on?- wordimpact

Cd/DVD and CDRW drive not 'seen' in "My Computer" - What's going on?
Symptoms: If I click on MY COMPUTER the A: C: and F: (card reader) drives are 'seen' but not drives D (CD-rom/DVD) or E (CDRW). I note that green light is always showing on E drive and door won't open. Can re-find D drive if I go through "find new hardware process" but it goes again at...- wordimpact

Blacked out sections in WORD 2002 when over 75% view
My system developed a problem that Microsft cannot (or will not) help with. I use a lot of screendumps and Word docs with pictures or picture dumps from The Web.
