    Extension doesn't roll to voicemail on internal calls

    I have a single phone out of about 20 which will ring interminably if the user doesn't pick up. However, if you dial an outside line, dial the office and dial the user's extension, it will roll over no problem after a set number of rings. I am perplexed as I have yet to find anything different...

    Message notification displays when there is no message waiting

    I have a user with a phone with 'Message for you' being perpetually displayed, even though there are no messages, saved or otherwise. Deleting and recreating the mail box does not help at all. This is more than slightly infuriating. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
