We have set up a shared calendar for our boardroom where everyone has author permission to book meetings, etc. However, once it has been booked for say 1400hrs, I don't want anybody to be able to overwrite this booking. Does anybody do a similar thing and if so how in Outlook 2000?? Many Thanks
