    I got this "Low on memory please close some programs"

    I didnt get the exact error messages but even if I only used on program its just saying that low on resources or memory, and after that I cant open anything. I need to restart my machine just get it work again.. is this a RAM issue or a virus???

    Groupwise 5.5 (unable to recieve but we can recieve mail)

    WE are having a problem on our groupwise 5.5, our e-mail server is in Melbourne and its seems that some message just blocked our system, is there any way we can clear this and our own server (cause we are in Sydney and this server seems to be fine cause all the message is routing to Melbourne)or...
