I have a Definity G3siV8. We have three attendant consoles. One of the buttons on the consoles is labeled night mode. This light is stuck on. It doesn't seem to be affecting the attendants ability to perform his functions, but is unusual. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

Our company would like to have calls go to an informational on hold message when all agents are busy. Is it possible to have those on hold callers queue to an agent as soon as they become available, without waiting for the message to finish?
