I have incoming 4 Digits going to all extensions perfectly. Only issue is the Console is extn 1440, which works great. However their main number is 8855. When calls come to the main number it rings on console as cover with no caller ID. Also concerned about AA becoming an issue. Please advise...

Anyone experience this defect with the TDA product? I am being told by tech support that the TDA does not support ringing in the offhook mode, only a beep every so many seconds. WHat if the reception is in a loud environment?

On the Partner Systems, is there a way to screen calls or does the Voicemail allow the caller to announce their name prior to transferring to the extension?
