When the VM answers it produces our greeting, that says "leave a message after the tone" waits 3-4 seconds and then says "your call is being transfered" rings ex10 which answers and says "your party is not available, please leave a message after the tone". Is this Normal operation or are some...

When an All-page (799) is in progress all of our other reps on 4412 sets seem to be blocked out of call pick-up (and probably other functions) Is this an "undocumented "Feature" or something we can fix?
We have an MLX20-LD in the system that, when voice paged, does not recognise that the phone is in use and just blasts away rather than doing the abreviated ring thing, as do our 44xx phones. Is there a setting to fix that?

1) Call comes in
2) Ring all phones on sales floor (20) Ggrp 7929
3) After 6 rings Sales Back-up and Admin phones
ring (20) Cgrp 7928 as well
4) After the 12th ring AA 0n 770...
Setting up sytem speed dials for 1st time... I set up a number In winSPM as speed dial 600. when I do:
"4400-Series telephone users without programmed Feature buttons should select an SA or ICOM button, lift the handset, and dial # plus the System Speed Dial code"

Trying to get our new PRI circuit up and running. Have incomming calls coming in but, they aren't ringing the stations as expected. Have pool 891 -i buttons on all the phones, except the operator/backup stations 100,104 that ring only after 20sec of no answer on the other phones, per customer...

When dialing '0' out of a VM pick-up we now go
into oblivion rather than to Ex: 100.
Where do I need to go to reset that?

My Merlin Messenger is hanging on to outside calls, if answered by it, for about 60sec after the caller hangs up. it doesn't seem to do this with inside calls/tranfers. it will take the line off hook long enough to get the "if you's like to make a call..." and record that. Anyone have an idea...
What is the best way to arrange Calling and Coverage groups to distribute a PRI (23 lines) to 40 agents, all ring (no hunt), all pick up, "opereator" only handles returned transfers, and dial 0 out of v-mail?

Our phone CO provider can only supply us with GTD5 for our Mafix PRI. Is this a conflict? Is there a way to deal with this situation? Thanks for any help you can provide
