    Does anyone know how to limit the # of calls to a specific DID on a PRI? Customer is worried that calls to one DID will use most of the lines on the PRI. The DID will be ringing into an ACD group. I did not find any way to do it with overflow or routing rules in the call center programming...

    Analog lines need 1 1/2 rings to wait for caller ID info. I have night ring set up to answer calls at night immediately, so i am missing the caller ID. But I heve a call accounting system and want to get the caller ID. Any way around this? some way to make the system answer in 2 rings instead...
