Hi all, I have a customer who is experiencing a lot of dropped calls using the Tel-A-Greeter. Does anyone know of a good alternative to this device? Thanks in advance.

I get this error when running extended slot backplane diagnostics. Is this a hardware issue? I have a number of these modules reporting the same error. Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks!
The ring voltage output on the ATA in insufficiant to power an external bell. I was thinking of using a relay, but I thought I'd see if anyone has done this already, and if there was a better solution. Thanks in advance!!

I need to access the paging trunk (804) from a single line device jacked into a 012 basic telephone set module. When I dial 804 I get a turkey tone. Since I can't program a button like I did on the MLX phones, how do I do it?
