Mail recovery database quit working
My mail recovery database has suddenly stopped registering user ids. To my knowledge, nothing has changed.. any ideas? -
notify user when there is x number of messages in inbox
I need to create an agent that will notify a user once they receive x number of messages in the inbox. I'm only concerned with the count in the inbox, not the size of the database as a whole. Is there an easy way to do this? -
return receipt generated when previewing mail
The option to "mark documents read when opened in preview pane" is not checked. Is there another option to check to make sure return receipts aren't generated? Thanks in advance! -
calendar appointments disappearing
I have a user who is managing a delegated calendar for her supervisor. She says that certain appointments are disappearing from both her calendar and his. She is using Lotus 6 client, and he is using Lotus 5.08. Could this be an issue, or is there something else I can check? -
archive Lotus Notes mail file to another server
I have a few users with very large mail files. Since they are in upper management, our normal archiving procedures don't seem to apply to them. What I need to do is set them up to archive to another server that has more disk space to accomodate them. How do I set that up? I know a little bit...
