I have a little problem with our call recording playback and wondering if theres anything I can do, Definity side - to fix this.
When we are playing back some of the long calls, and there is a reasonable amount of silence (about 15 seconds), the call disconnects.

We have a spare conversant IVR and I would like to verify that our backup is in working order by restoring onto that.
I have looked around but can't find any documenation referring to the restore part of mkimage. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
