    SQL 2000 1 to Many or Parent Child

    Does anyone have any info on 1 to many relationships in SQL 2000 DB's and Parent/Child relationships using "between or link" tables. Which of the 2 would be faster, and the reasons why and why not... Regards AdrianNL
