    Service Observing

    Does anyone know how to service observe a VDN? I can't seem to make this happen. I'm wondering if you have to enable this function within the switch or VDN? Any help would be appreciated!

    Service Observing a hunt group!

    Does anyone know how I can service observe a skill group such as 255. I've always thought that you can only observe an actual agent login id. With that being said, I wonder if I could obeserve the "Lead Ext." that is associated with skill 255. Does anyone know?

    MapD Issues

    I did a hard reboot on one of my MapD cards in our G3R version 8.4 by physically pressing the reset button located on the front side of the card. How do I take a look into our system and see if the connection is back up and running correctly?

    Does anyone know how to disable the mute button on a 8410D phone? I've done this once in the past but can't remember how I performed this. Any help would be appreciated!

    TN793B Installation

    Does anyone know how to install and configure a TN793B (24 - Port Analog Card) in a Definity G3R? I've never done this particular task, therefore I wasn't sure if the switch would recognize the card automatically once it was installed or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
