    CICS Trunk Cards

    I have a CICS 4x8 1.0. Now having the need for more than 8 stations I'd like move up to something like a 4x16. However I'm having trouble finding that card. Can someone give me the part number of a 4x16 card? Or would it be cheaper to just get a used CICS with more capacity?

    Call ON HOLD chirp???

    I have a Norstar Compact ICS 4.1. Anyway, problem is a call will come in and receptionist will put the call on hold, but then forget that there are callers on hold.
