We recently setup voice mail on our Starplus DHS system. The DHS manual states that Ring Scheme 1 is recommended for voice mail but doesn't say why. Staff would prefer ring scheme 2. Why is 1 recommended? How will 2 affect voice mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Angie
