    is there a way to leave all of my co-workers a message without doing it one employee at a time? i'm hoping i can hit [left-intercom 99] and i can leave a message with everyone.

    the power went out on tuesday. today is thursday. line 1 cannot be accessed. nobody is on it. all phones were checked. nobody can get on it. line 1 has a solid red light that stays on. nothing else is wrong.

    what i have: 5-slot carrier lucent partner acs (308ec module r3.0)x3, (acs proc. r3.0)x1, and (partner mail vs r4.0)x1 my problem: i plug in electric cord, i plug in phone cord, i plug in phones on extensions 10 and 11 and the system just flashes forever. i pick up the handset and i hear dead...
