    Hi, I am not sure if this is the correct forum or the Nice forum. I basically have Nice trunk side loggers and want to record internal calls. I have the pbx side setup and the calls work fine but for some reason only 1 side of the conversation is recorded. Can anyone suggest why? Thanks.
