ATT ISDN PRI to a Prologix. All inbound calls show in user display as ATT IN/OUT (trunk group name) and on Call Accounting with no ANI or Caller ID at all.
Per ATT, they set up a protocol analyzer (?) and see all inbound ANI just fine.
SO......What setting in the PBX am I missing to allow...

Other than programming a privacy button, is there an extension setting (or line setting for that matter) that enables privacy on the lines when in use. (preventing others from entering onto a conversation) -- this switch is in key mode.

When adding these new sets, as soon as the serial number appears to be read (seen by status-ing station)the phone set goes wacky. Incoming calls drop as soon as the call is answered. When initiating a call, the line appearance has to be pressed to get dialtone, and then it goes only to speaker...
