"Icfinst.exe has encountered a problem..." - at startup
Each time I boot up windows XP I receive an error message which tells me that "Icfinst.exe has encounterec a problem and needs to close". I'm told it may have something to do with having upgraded from windows XP home edition to Professional edition though this doesn't really solve the...- JHodson

Outlook express encounters problem after shutdown
