I HAVE A MERLIN MAIL 4 PORT RELEASE 4.OO. I GET A LOT OF MESSAGES IN MAILBOXES WITH JUST A RECORDING OF DIALTONE. THIS HAPPENS IN NEARLY ALL MAILBOXES ON 2 DIFFERENT SYSTEMS IN 2 SITES RUNNING LEGEND 7.0.

THE NAM WILL GO OFF LINE EVERY 2 WEEKS OR SO USUALLY OVER A WEEKEND, THE PERIOD OF LEAST ACTIVITY. WE HAVE TO UNPLUG THE POWER AND PLUG IT IN AGAIN FOR IT TO FUNCTION. NO DATA IS EVER LOST. I HAD HEARD THAT THERE WAS A PATCH DISC AVAILABLE TO FIX THIS ISSUE, IS THAT CORRECT.
