When I define the Directory button on our 8411D phones, I find that the Prev and Next pre-defined buttons are not working to move forward/backward in the list. Can anybody confirm this and/or let me know of a fix. We're running V9.5 on the Si platform. Thanks!

To reset the password, power up the unit and wait until it prompts you for the password. At this time, press and hold the reset until both WAN led's flash at the same time (approx. 10 - 15 seconds) then release. This will reboot the unit and should clear out the password. Hope this helps save...

I am bringing up a V9.5 Prologix and just got our ISDN-PRI hooked up and can make an outbound local call from the one station I have programmed (x6601). However, when I try to dial the DID number (Ex.321-6601) of that station, I get a "the number you have reached is not in service"...
