VM returns tone instead of voice prompt
NEC 2000 IPS PBX NEC AD-40 8 port Voice Mail Voice Mail was having a problem this morning (port 8 was stuck on "PBX Lamp" and users were complaining about their vm lights not going out.) so I rebooted it. Trunk Access Number Change
This is probably ridiculously simple, but I thought I would check to see if there's a catch to watch out for. Basically I want to change our outgoing line access number from 9 to 8 and I'm not sure exactly what all might be affected by the change. Our equipment? A NEC NEAX 2000 being...- mbass1
