I have a MICS 5.0 over 1 PRI. When trying to place an outside call from a 7310, I dial 9-and the local number, and the display says "inv IE Content", and drops the call. After several attempts the call finally goes through. Anybody know what this means, and how it can be fixed?

I have a MISC 4.1 XC. When we initiate a conference call with two external lines, one of the external parties can not hear the other. But they both can hear us. Any ideas? Does one of the external lines need to be an inbound call for this to work?

Trying to set up Minuet ACD on MICS 5.0 over PRI, the manual says I need to enter a PRI Digit String so that I can assign PRI lines to the ACD. Anybody know what that is, and what to enter? Thanks a bunch
