    network settings

    When using windows NT workstation 4.0, I have a difficulty opening the Network icon. I get the error message (in Dutch) : "There was a problem while operating the Control Panel. C:\WINNT\System 32\ncpa.cpl". Can somebody help me fix this problem (without re-installing NT)?
