DR for win2k sp3

ArcServe Manager not running.
Situation. Windows 2000 Sp3 ArcServe2000 Tried to run ArcServe Manager, the GUI doesn't show up, I watch the task manager process tab and the asmgr.exe shows up for ~5 seconds then dissappears.
