I have a backup of the 1st system can I use the restore tool to program the 2nd system ? or is it better to start programming from scratch?

The Telco insists that the circuit is clean and the problem is on my side.

I was able to connect to the KSU (CICS 4.0) but not to the VM. I have VM manager 3.0 and 4.0.

We needed to change the operator extension from 2232 to 2235 ( the port on 2232 is bad)
I went into Feature 982, operator ext. Change it from 2232 to 2235.
Then dial 0 to speak with an operator! The call still goes to 2232!

All our incoming calls are answered by the VM-CCR, is there a way of tracking where these calls are transferred? The call log shows that the call was transferred to VM but doesn't show the extension that got the call.
Will SMDR show this, or it will only show the transfer to the VM?
