    Trouble loading pages

    I just upgraded to windows 2000 and now whenever I try to access the internet, the first couple of pages load very fast, but then the third or fourth load extremely slowly if at all. I have the same problem with both IE and Netscape. I appreciate any help... its driving me nuts.
