Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory

I set up a Windows 2000 Server to Accept Incoming Connections.
I have the end users dial in.
It's not even a domain logon. Just a workgroup set up.
XP and 2000 pro clients dial in just fine.
Win 98 pcs give me problems. After the dialing noises finish the Windows Network logon prompt pops...
Here is the set up:
XP machine at office.
Windows XP at home.
VPN into office network.
So I log onto Remote Desktop after vpning into Network Server.
and I check off the local resources "printing".
It does not work.
Does anyone know how to get the printer redirection to work or...
I want to upgrade a few NT pcs to XP.
Only problem is that NT partitions are too small and won't have enough space to run the XP upgrade.
This is what I was planning to do.
1. Run Partition Magic to make the NT partition bigger.
2. Run the XP upgrade.
