    Special Characters not displayed

    For some reason special characters, like ^, ', " etc are not displayed when I type them (they appear only after I type the next letter). This happens in every program. It has only just started doing this and I can't find a setting anywhere to change this. Anyone know how?

    Remove Outlook 2000 Mailbox

    The computer I use at work has two mailboxes from previous users, showing in Outlook. Is there any way to remove these mailboxes? I've tried going to Tools->Services->Properties->Advanced, but they don't show up in there.
