    How to support off-site extensions on Magix 2.2

    I have a remote site on a T1. I need to establish service for 12-15 users. My thought was to place drop/insert DSUs, muxes with 16 analog OFX ports, and bring them into the Magix on a 016 T/R card. Does this sound feasable or have I wandered back into tech dreamland again?

    Caller ID Not Working

    I can't get Caller ID Working. I have a 412 ls id tdl and I have enabled ls-delay on the 4 trunks assigned to it. My circuit provider assures me we have the service. What else do I need to do??

    User can't see message waiting light on 4412D+

    I have a person who cannot easily see the message waiting light on the 4412D+ instrument due to vision limitations. Can anyone give me advice on assistive technology such as in-line devices or maybe programming the 4412D+ to display waiting message with a blinking light? Switch is a Magix.
