    DTPicker null value

    I used DTPicker in a form and its connected to a table employee with field name BirthDate with a datatype smalldatetime, but when i edit the record having a "null value", the DTPicker have encounter error " Binding Collection Error.... Field not updatable". Anybody can help me. Thanks, Qazz
