    Hardware Tech in Edinburgh?

    Does anyone know a competent hardware technician in Edinburgh, Scotland? My sister's late G3 iMac has a hard disc problem that software tools fail to solve and I live on the other end of the U.K so cannot help effectively. Any help gratefully accepted, Paul.

    iMac 400DVSE not booting.

    Can anyone tell me what the programmer's button does on an iMac 400DVSE? I have read the other similar posts and everything I have tried has made it worse. The programmer's button was pressed, not by me, at some point and I want to rule that out as a potential snafu. Thanks, Paul.

    My mate is getting this when he tries to get his mail with mac mail in OSX (ibook 600) Any thoughts? The log in password for his dialup changes back to 8 blobs even if you enter one with more( the whole c00000000 thing) I used broadband and it worked......hmmm CCLWrite : AT\13 CCLMatched ...
