    My cursor gets jerky (delayed)

    Whenever I click on any program (IE for example), and while it's loading, my cursor seems to stick or gets delayed while scrolling around the screen. I've tried canceling my screensaver to see if it was causing it (a program running in the background), but that didn't help.

    Err Msg: "Explorer caused an exception 6d007fh in module Webcheck.dll"

    I just re-installed Win 98 from my original CD. Since then, and after upgrading my IE to V 6.0, I keep getting the above error message and the program has to be "shut down", wherein typically IE stops. Is this an IE problem or my Windows Explorer problem, and what do I do to fix it?
