This is only happening for one user, and I can't figure it out. We have a .dot file (with decisions text / editing tools) on our network that one department loads with Word. To do this, we place a shortcut to that .dot in the user's appdata\roaming\microsoft\word\startup...
This typically happens when the user is switching between 2 Word documents (copy / paste, etc. between them). Suddenly the keyboard's navigation keys (arrows, PgUp PgDn, Home, End, etc.) don't work. The mouse can move about the document.
Scroll-Lock is NOT the issue.

When I use the scan validation tool, the page will start to feed but will not complete -- the lower ~1 inch of the page stays in the scanner and the validation tool freezes.
Has anyone seen this behavior? Scanner FW = 3.4, on Windows XP Pro SP2.

Our server reports that it had a successful shadow copy of the data 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm last Friday. Previous versions only show 8, 9, 10 and 11. Where are the shadow copies for Friday afternoon?

I tried extending the backup window to 5:45 and it still...
