    I need page numbering to start from 11th page of document. HELP!!

    I've set up the document and have master pages, but I would like 10 un-numbered pages (preface, etc) before starting the 11th page of the document as page 1. It's quite a weighty document so it'd be annoying to do it all manually! Anyone know the answer?!! Thanks.
